2019年9月17日某货代公司向我司投保一批运往英国利物浦地区的汽车零配件-密封圈,invoice货值为RMB642005.08,加乘后保险金额为RMB706,205.59,承保海运一切险条款,此票免赔为普通货物免赔:DEDUCTIBLE:USD200 OR 5% OF THE LOSS,WHICHEVER IS HIGHER.10月24号上午10点左右,发货人接收货人反馈,货物有货损,并发回损失图片,初步估损金额在19000RMB左右, 货代公司并通知我司此单有破损,并告知估损金额,因货损金额不大,可以走小案件快速赔付通道,我司指引客户直接向平安公司报案即可,平安会有专人理赔人员进行跟进,无需联系目的港的查勘代理机构,该日下午14:15分,平安理赔人员发邮件告知所需要提供的资料明细如下:
1. 正本保单;Original policy.
2. 正本提单(如是电放,须提供清晰的复印件);Original bill of lading (If surrendered/telex-released B/L, please offer a clear copy with the stamp of surrendered/telex-released).
3. 正本发票和正本装箱单;Original commercial invoice & packing list with shipper’s stamp and signature.
4. 集装箱装箱过程照片和/或监装报告;Color photos of loading the container.
5. 开箱时照片、货损照片; Color photos of the damaged cargo and the container when opening the door.
6. 责任方出具的货损/事故证明;the damage/accident report issued by the concern party;
7. 收货人致平安的索赔函和索赔清单(请参考附件1); Consignee’s claim letter to Ping An which clarify the policy no, damage situation, the claim amount and detailed account information.
8. 如发生残值处理或维修,请提供相应的发票/合同,以及支付凭证;if salvage action or recondition, please submit the relevant invoices/contracts and the certificate of payment of such fe |
